| German Dressage/Rancho Los Amigos hosted the 2006 German Oldenburg inspection on June 23, 2006. We're still waiting for our photos to come back so that we can provide you with a full report. In the meantime, we're proud to say that our very own fillies, Elfie's Legacy (Herzberg x Figaro x Goldstern) and Flashdance, the first we've shown by Facet (Facet x Pregelstrand x Smoothway xx) did very well.
Elfie's Legacy, an orphan out of Elfentanz, showed herself very well and was named Reserve Champion for the Site, and received a Premium. The Inspectors were particularly impressed with the power and elasticity she displayed in her gaits.
Flashdance, out of Pregelsong (a PreMare Book part-Trakehner mare) was declared a "Premium-type filly with a swinging back and elastic uphill gaits, sadly not eligible for a premium because her dam is not in the Main Mare Book." She received Main Foalbook papers. The inspectors were impressed with the stamp Facet placed on this filly.
