Jennifer Hoffmann, a 33 year old resident of Carlsbad, CA, manages a very successful full-time dressage breeding, training and sales barn, German Dressage, Inc, with her husband, Juergen Hoffmann. She gained both experience and knowledge living and working in Germany from 1990 - 2001, and had the opportunity to work several different horses to FEI and Grand Prix level with Mr. Jean Bemelanns and Mr. Klaus Balkenhol. Jennifer proved to be successful at both the national and international level in Europe, and because of these successes, Jennifer was able to acquire the German Riding License Class 2 (one level below the Olympic riders, who carry class 1). Because of this achievement, Jennifer was often invited to the DOKR (German Olympic Riding Center) to train with incoming clinicians like Klaus Balkenhol. In 1996, Jennifer successfully received the title of Bereiter (FN) from the German National Federation, and in 1999, another memorable achievement was receiving the Most Successful Rider Award at the prestigious Luxembourg Dressage Show.

Jennifer has had quite a number of achievements since returning to the United States in 2001, including Horse of the Year Awards on multiple horses and qualifying for the USET Olympic Festival of Champions in San Juan Capistrano in 2004. Jennifer has qualified Petit Danseur for the Festival of Champions at both the Intermediaire and Grand Prix levels. She also brought multiple horses along and has been very successful with them in International CDI*** competitions from Prix St. George to Grand Prix. In winter 2006 - 2007, Jennifer will be traveling to Europe to represent the United States in multiple International CDI-***W 's and competing with Petit Danseur in the Grand Prix tour with a goal of acquiring a position on the US Team and representing the United States at the 2007 World Cup in Las Vegas.
